Processing Times
- We process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $7.00
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.00
- Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $100!
Please note that shipping times are estimated and may be affected by carriers during high-traffic seasons.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- While we’re here to help, we aren’t liable for packages once they’re in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to assist as needed!
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled after being placed.
